We forge these gold bands here in our studio.  Our customers appreciate a hammered texture that is obviously authentic.  They are very substantial bands, thick enough to hold up to hard wear.  We apply a satin finish, preferred by most men.  These bands are 6mm wide, probably the most popular width.
